Meet Top Huangxu

Gao Huangxu (黄绪高)

Top Huangxu is a professional landscape photography guide who speaks excellent English. He creates photography tours across Zhangjiajie and Guilin, combining traditional Chinese painting composition with modern landscape photography.

Born in Yangshuo, graduated from Guangxi Normal University with an English major. Worked as a licensed CNTA (China National Tourism Administration) tour guide from 2006 to 2016, building deep relationships with local families over 15 years. Went full-time as a landscape and people photographer from 2016 onward.

ZhangjiajiePhotoTour.com was established in 2025 by Top Huangxu. With deep roots in local landscape photography, he masters the light patterns and location characteristics of karst landforms — precisely capturing sunrise, sunset, blue hour, mist, and other spectacular moments.

Equipped with Canon Mark IV and DJI Mavic 4 Pro, Top and his driver serve you for more than 15 hours a day (04:00–20:30) so you can photograph blue hour before dawn or villages at night.
